Grandma Tea Set PDF Crochet Pattern. Grandma Tea Set PDF Crochet Pattern. This crochet pattern is written, but not charted. The Grandma cosy is made by making 4 granny squares which are then joined together, with rounds worked to close the top opening.

The cosy is sized to fit a standard round 1.1 litre pot, but granny squares could be worked larger or smaller with other shaped and sized pots.

DK yarn is recommended for this project, however it is a great stash buster, so you could work thinner yarns together to make up to DK thickness.

Other materials required - one large button.

The pattern also includes written instructions for a mat for the tea pot and coasters.

Completely designed, drafted and test crochet by us in Gloucestershire, UK.

You'll receive complete directions explained step by step to create this tea cosy, coasters and pot coaster.

DK Yarn: You can use scraps of whatever colours you have available. Wool is best for insulation, however any will work well for this pattern. If you are buying new yarn for this project, I would recommend 6 x 50g balls of different colours.
