SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are sent standard Royal Mail service. For an extra fee we can send Tracked via Royal Mail.

At present we do not ship internationally. You can, however, purchase our PDF patterns world-wide by purchasing through our Etsy store here.

For large orders or any other shipping queries please contact us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom items.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any digital files or media.

For all other items, such as 'in stock' / 'ready to ship' and 'collection' pieces, to return or exchange please contact us.

Refunds and exchanges are free within the UK, if the item is faulty. Items must be returned new, unworn and unwashed. We do not accept refunds and exchanges on custom orders. Returns and exchanges must be made within 28 days of the date you received your order.
