BERT Men's Sweater PDF Knitting Pattern

 

This sweater is worked in the round from the bottom, in one piece. Sleeves are first worked separately, then joined at the armpit, with the sweater then finished in one piece, with a cabled saddle shoulder, extending across the back and joined in the centre back. The neckband is worked in rib, folded over, and cast off then joined to the original pick-up round.

SIZES:

To fit chest 75-80 (81-91, 92-102, 103-113, 114-122, 123-130, 131-140, 141-151) cm

 

YARN:

DK (e.g. Drops Tweed) 50g x 11 (11, 12, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16) at 130m per ball.

 

NEEDLES:

Circular needles 3.50mm & 4.00mm (100-120cm) (plus DPNs for sleeves if not using magic loop). 

 

OTHER SUPPLIES:

Cable needle 
Stitch markers, stitch holders or scrap yarn
